As I have lots of EBS instances provisioned in "stopped" state,
could this be a per user limit?UPDATE 2009-12-15
Amazon contacted me and pointed me at the fact that reserved instances have a guaranteed availability SLA and therefore less limits apply compared to using on demand instances. Problem solved!
