Autoresponder Aweber, GetResponse or Mailloop

I recently gave an overview of some eMail Marketing Tools.

Now, as I want to use Autoresponder Features I want to decide between Aweber and GetResponse.

If you prefer a high onetime pricing instead of small recurring fees, then he recommends Mailloop for being the best package to use on your own PC (but be carefull not getting blacklisted)
