eMail Newsletter Tool - my choice

HowTo choose your email newsletter and interaction tool. As there still exists no intelligent integrated CRM, Webforms, automatic Autoresponders, Know How, Trouble Ticket and FAQ, eMail Tool,I havetotake again one of the millions standard newsletter tools. But which one? Lets target the selection as an action item for next week. I don't want my customers server to get blacklisted, so it has to be a hosted solution.

I have used this one a few years ago myself and can say it was easy to use for a beginner. I found it nice that you can start for free with up to 50 contacts which should be enough to test the tool and yourself how things work.
(+) Surveys results are reported, even if the respondent did not answer all pages of the survey.
(+) 'Individual Results' for a survey shows you an easy to read list, where you see 'Anonymous' or the email address of your individual contacts that have answered your survey. There you can click on 'Survey Responses' and view the individual answers each contact put in.
(+) Create contact lists out of survey responses gives you the ability to send individual crafted emails or other surves depending on the answers from a previous survey. Good for follow ups based on interests.
