As there still exists no intelligent integrated CRM, Webforms, automatic Autoresponders, Know How, Trouble Ticket and FAQ, eMail Tool,I havetotake again one of the millions standard newsletter tools. I have used this one a few years ago myself and can say it was easy to use for a beginner. I found it nice that you can start for free with up to 50 contacts which should be enough to test the tool and yourself how things work.
