The four hour week - Freeing yourself from the daily grind
Working 9 to 5 (now even longer). Thats the fact for most of us. Let me ask you a question: Would you invest 20 bucks for getting to reduce your working load to 4 hour a week?
Yes, I said 'four'hours!
Ok, it was not my invention (bad thing), but for me and you it could become reality. Maybe not tomorrow, but withinthe next months.
As a starting point (and for the title of this post) I found the writings of Timothy Ferriss. He wrote a book "The 4-Hour Workweek". On his website and blog you can find enough information to believe that the investment for his ideas should be worth 20 bucks.
I am also still on my way to catch this book and read it. You can believe me that I am always very skeptic about all those 'motivation gurus' and sick of the 80/20 talk - but maybe Tim finds the right words that enable me to push it now to real results. So I will post back what my impressions have been and which results I achieved, and hope that this little note of mine will also help someone out there.

"The biggest misconception about work is that you have to spend most of your life doing it."
"I've spent the last four years traveling through more than 25 countries interviewing people who have automated income or escaped the office, often without quitting their jobs."
"These people range from Lamborghini-driving 21-year olds, to single mothers who make $40,000 or less per year. Once you control the most valuable currencies in the digital age — mobility and time — $40,000 can get you more luxury lifestyle than a $500,000 per year investment banker who can't escape the office."
"Sitting on a beach and sipping margaritas is a relaxing recharge for two or three days, after which it's just plain boring."
"Decreasing income-driven work isn't the end goal. Living more — and becoming more — is."
