RFIP Zapping

"Strike hard at the borders of the law. If your passport stays valid even without a working chip. Destroy the chip with an RFID Zapper." Thats the idea of some commenters here:

Is it dangerous?
What about zapping the passport of someone else?
How far is technology "item" allowed to go?
How far is a human "item" allowed to go?

My personal opinion is nothing of the above!
I deeply feel that you should think about this one:
"DO NOT HARM SMALL VULNERABLE RFID CHIPS!
THEY COULD HAVE FEELINGS!"
