Stamp Forehead Marker, Serial, or RFID

In this Video at 03:47 a device is put on the forehead.

Is it just a thermometer, a stamp or applying a micro RFID "dust" chip (check "Hitachi RFID dust")?

1. The person applying it, holds it very steady for a few seconds,
2. then looks at the stamp device
3. looks on a paper (a control list?) on her other hand (to control the applied serial number?)

- Which kind of information is received/applied?
- Is it just a marker, a serial or even a complex RFID chip?

If it is just a simple thermometer it is

1. Funny to measure on the forehead where the temperature is inaccurate compared to the ear.

2. Amazing why the operator has to look on a control list!

He then admitted he was a Christian. I told him that the US MILITARY WAS NOT TELLING THE YOUNG MEN LIKE HIM, but these guillotines will be used on AMERICANS AND CHRISTIANS in the future udner martial law, to behead all NWO resisters.
