too many signs - remove them

The test was a full success. The cloaked signs will now be removed totally and the test expands to the whole city of Eisenstadt. I hope that the model spreads around europe.

Todays info overflow also hits the offline world. In Europe the communities love traffic signs and therefore applied way too much of them.

Now a lokal car club takes some action and cloaks signs to prove that less signs means more safety for the local traffic.
