ssh tunnel proxy Firefox blank page

sudo ssh -p22 -D127.0.0.1:9999 root@example.com

- change 22 to your ssh port on the server
Firefox Network Settings:
- Do NOT use the HTML Proxy settings field. Leave it empty
- Fill ONLY the SOCKS proxy field with 127.0.0.1 Port 9999
