Tweetdeck is a nice looking interface to get more overview out of twitter.
What I like most is the "realtime feeling" that you get, when new posts arrive on twitter about the search terms you entered.
Adobe Air enables software t run on all platforms (Linux, Mac, and Windows) and provides in every case the same nice looking interface and a more accurate reaction to events like the "real time" feeling which I described above.
Adobe Air needs to installed first, and afterwards you can use the something.air applications. Checkout the Adboe website about Air to search in a rich gallery of usefull applications.
